All Minis who will be 9 years old on or before (Socal #1) OR  (Norcal #1)  contest dates or 9 years old at skater's first 2008 contest must groupmust move to the Novice: 9 - 10 group.

All Novice who will be 11 years old on or before (Socal #1) OR  (Norcal #1)  contest dates or 11 years old at skater's first 2008 contest must move to the 1A group.

All 1A skaters who will be 13 years old on or before (Socal #1) OR  (Norcal #1) or at skater's first contest must move to the 2A group.

All year “2007” 2As must move to the 2008 3A group.

All year “2007” 3As must remain in the 2008 3A group until they are officially sponsored.
